Review: I have been a loyal customer of this mechanic shop for years, thanks to a recommendation from my dad. Despite switching to a Tesla, I’ve continued to recommend them to others. Most recently, I recommended them to my fiancé for his car maintenance.Unfortunately, this recent experience has been incredibly disappointing. I called on a Wednesday to schedule service and was assured that if we dropped the car off on Thursday, it would be ready for pick-up by Friday. We paid a deposit and were told the car would definitely be ready before the long Memorial Day weekend, as they knew we needed it.On Friday, I tried calling the shop starting at 11:56 AM to confirm the car was ready. Despite numerous attempts every 30-45 minutes, no one answered the phone. By 4:45 PM, we arrived to the shop out of sheer frustration, only to find it closed for the long weekend. Worse yet, our car was left unlocked and the service had not been completed.We had to clear out the car ourselves since it was left unlocked and vulnerable. With no one available to address the issue on a Friday evening and car rental options being extremely limited, we were left stranded and very frustrated.This level of service is unacceptable. Leaving a customer’s car unlocked and unfinished without any communication is a serious breach of trust. I had high hopes based on years of reliable service, but this experience has severely damaged my confidence in this shop. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their customer service and communication practices.
