Review: Great care, good customer service, knowledgeable. They rebuilt the transmission on my camper van. I went everywhere and no shop would take a look at it, whether it was because of the size of the vehicle or they didn’t work on transmission. Sometimes the combination of both. At Action Service Center took care of my van, they gave me an estimate, different price options and called me while they worked on it to make me feel secure that I would get my van back working. That was the case, van is running smoothly after 5 months. I got a one year warranty.I highly recommend Action Service Center.

Review: I was at a conference very far from home and found this shop by searching through “Repair Pal/Max Care Warranty.” IDK how to even say it, but I was treated like a family member. Farooq knew my Chrysler needed repair and he came through for me! He advocated for me to have my transmission replaced. If it wasn’t for his knowledge and great mechanic, I would have been stranded! The work was completed prior to me leaving the conference. This shop is worth a 2.5hr drive for exceptional service. I wish there were more shops like this in the Peninsula. Thank you Farooq!!!

Review: Action Service Center is by far THE best independent shop in the DMV. I typically always take my car in, to the dealer to get serviced due trust issues with independent shops, however, a few friends of mine kept mentioning this shop and how satisfied they’ve been with both the labor and customer service so I finally decided to give it a try. The staff was extremely helpful and attending, they listened to my concerns and were able to find the root of the problem. They offered a loaner car for me to get around while I wait for my car (I’ve never heard/seen this at a private shop) which was amazing because half the time dealerships don’t even have loaner cars. Action Service Center were able to diagnose the issue with my car and repair it for a fraction of what it would’ve cost me at the dealer I will definitely be bringing my car in here more often.
