Review: BA fixed an issue that I took to other repair shops and couldn’t get resolved. I also brought it there for 100k service. The car is fixed and runs like new. I could not be happier with the outcome. The prices were reasonable, the communication was terrific, and the outcome was beyond expectations. These are true professionals. They are also very helpful providing rides to and from their shop. Well done. This was for a ‘16 Mustang.

Review: Two weeks ago was my first experience with BA Auto Care and I will certainly continue to trust them with my vehicles going forward. I have had my vehicles serviced in Howard County at another location for over 25 years. I knew the owners of that service location and they always provided great service. Within the past year, that location was sold and the quality of the diagnostics and work dropped off. I could no longer trust their work. Several people suggested BA Auto Care and upon my first call to Joe (service advisor) I was immediately pleased with the attention to detail and customer service. As it turned out, I had to have two vehicles serviced simultaneously by their team and could not have been more satisfied with their professionalism and work product. I was also pleased with the transparency with which they made recommendations for services which never made me feel like I was being “sold” something unnecessary. Based on my experience, I will trust BA Auto Care to service all my vehicles as needed and would recommend them to anyone in the area seeking a qualified auto service provider. Review: Great service. They fit me into their busy schedule when car didn’t start, and kept me informed throughout the repair. They have previously evaluated some work recommended by my dealer as unnecessary, so I have faith in the recommendations that BA makes.

Review: BA Auto is truly a step (or 10 🙂 ahead of all the other repairs shops. Great communication & customer services They provide thorough check ups & repair work and they are honest! BA Auto care has earned our loyalty. Now we service all of our family cars there and we absolutely recommend!

Review: Great experience – they were able to schedule me in a timely manner, accommodate my need to telework while at my appointment, rapidly diagnosed the issue and resolved it within an hour, and charged a competitive price. I would definitely return to BA for any further automotive needs, and will recommend to others.
