Review: Brought my Jag F-Pace here for repair. It needed an oxygen sensor. Mike was terrific, as it was a process to get the part! I appreciated his commitment. It’s not like there are any Jag dealerships in Charles County! Everyone I dealt with was very courteous. They were kind enough to transport me back and forth to La Plata while they worked on it. First class service! A+

Review: Overall, service is good. However, double check that they’re following your requests. My husband asks for a specific oil for his car, I request it when I make the appointment, remind them when I bring car in & they still used a different oil. Don’t understand it, but we’ll see what happens next time as I was told that they’d note the requested oil in his account.Also, when I took my truck in 2 days later, I was told the sway bar had to be replaced. They had just replaced it a year ago. It was covered by warranty, but my question is why did it have to be replaced again? Are the parts they’re using quality? Was it just my bad luck to get a faulty one installed? Guess time will tell with this new part

Review: The mechanic was friendly and professional. He explained what was preformed on my vehicle and what future maintenance I may need soon. I had an oil change for a 1999 ford ranger w/ 225,000 miles for less than a $100.00. An email and text was send to me with recommended future maintenance for my record. I had a wonderful experience and will be take my 2016 Buick Encore there the next time I need service also.

Review: My tire blew on the side of the road while I was taking my son to daycare. Luckily Ben Nielson’s was just about a block away. As my knowledge on anything dealing with cars is subpar, I couldn’t even tell them where to find my spare. They changed our tire and had us set to go in less than15 minutes. I don’t usually write reviews but had to acknowledge how helpful and courteous they all were! Would recommend to anyone!

Review: I received a mail coupon which brought me here for my oil change. I really like that I was able to get a courtesy ride to and from the shop to drop off and pick up my vehicle. The drop off to my house was in the company branded car. I was very surprised when the pick up to bring me back to the shop was in my personal vehicle. This really took me back and made me feel a little violated. The staff is very nice, personable and knowledgeable. I love the system they use to inform customers of the service performed and services suggested… accompanied with pictures of the concern. It was very user-friendly to accept or decline services. They are pricey but seem to do good work.
