Review: Brady’s was recommended to me by a helpful stranger at Ledo’s in Crofton, who said they were very good and ‘honest’. I was 30 mins from home having lunch w/friends yesterday, when my car died. Mike was super helpful over the phone and in person, even stayed w/me after closing time while I waited for my friend to pick me up. They quickly found & fixed the problem the next morning, and cost-wise, couldn’t have been more reasonable! Tom was also super helpful when I picked up my car today. Too bad I don’t live near them or they would become my new car shop! If you live in the area, I highly recommend!

Review: I would give them 10 stars if I could. They are the most honest and fair mechanic shop I have ever been to. The world needs more people like this. They take care of their customers and stand by their work. I don’t ever have to worry about being “up sold” on anything when I take my car in. They were recommended by a friend and have never let me down. When my car went off warranty a number of years ago, and I was told I needed a repair that was going to be almost $2,000, I took my car here and Brady’s couldn’t identify a reason why that repair had been recommended. They did fix a small issue that was not very expensive at all, and needless to say that other issue that was going to cost me big money has not been a problem. My car is getting pretty old now, but Brady’s keeps her in good shape and I totally trust their recommendations and work. I have many more specific examples, but would run out of characters before I could list them all.

Review: I wanted to love this place because my first experience was great. But the second time, they put a faulty part on my car where my engine oil was sputtering out and causing a burnt smell. Had to bring my car back and leave for a day for diagnoses and it turned out to be the part they supposedly “fixed” the first time. I appreciate them fixing it for free but I had to pay for Ubers back and forth to the shop for something that should have never been an issue. Huge inconvenience. Asked for reimbursement and got a very rude response back. Unsure if I’ll come back to this business.

Review: All I can say is thank goodness for Brady’s Auto Care! They have saved me more than once when it comes to the care of our families vehicles. From helping me change a light bulb in my car at the end of a long day so I could drive my vehicle safely at night, to fitting us in to their busy schedule to get a nail fixed in my daughter’s tire so she could get to work on time. These guys, all of them, are the most fair, honest and amazing crew you’ll ever meet. I wouldn’t take our families’ cars anywhere else.

Review: Had issues with vehicle, thought about taking it to a dealership figuring they would have the parts on hand to get the job done. My brother recommended this place and I’m glad he did. These guys are quiet, competent professionals. They were quick, honest, and reliable. No BS, just tell you what needs to be done and when they can have it completed. No up-charging or pressure. Definite recommend and I’ll be taking my other vehicles there when they need work done.
