Review: After my car window was shattered, due to an overnight intruder, I didn’t know what to do. Filing the standard police report, it was suggested for me to go to a reputable window replacement company. However, they were unable to serve me because of my older model vehicle. Nevertheless, I thought of Brandywine Auto Parts and called them. Joe, who mans the front desk, readily answered the phone. He did a search of parts and found what I needed. I set up up a day to come in, and they took care of me. Didn’t wait very long, and the waiting area was clean. It had vending machines filled with snacks and drinks. Also, I walked to the adjacent auto supply store to browse and see what’s available.Joe kept me updated regarding the time remaining before my vehicle would be ready. He also introduced me to the gentleman installing the window (didn’t get his name), and he was kind as well. I was there for almost two hours, which wasn’t a big deal for me. I left feeling relieved that I could drive my vehicle again without being in harm’s way, Thank you to Joe and the crew at Brandywine Auto Parts. You turned a bad situation into a good one. I would highly recommend Brandywine Auto Parts for your auto needs, especially older model vehicles. Professionalism, knowledge, and promptness were definitely selling points to me.
