Review: I recently had the engine and catalytic converter replaced on my 2008 Land Rover Range Rover HSE at Brandywine Auto Parts & Installation in Brandywine, MD, and the service was outstanding!From the moment my vehicle was towed in, the team of professionals demonstrated exceptional knowledge and expertise. They took the time to explain the entire installation process and answer all of my questions, making sure I was comfortable with them ordering the part and providing full service work there.The quality of their work was top-notch. The installation of the engine and catalytic converter was completed with precision, after the original engine replacement was not as ordered, Josh and the team made certain to research and replace it with a new one despite the kerfuffle. I was impressed with their attention to detail to say the least. It’s clear they take pride in their craftsmanship, and it makes a world of difference.Moreover, their customer service was excellent as they communicated with me to ensure full understanding throughout the process, as the staff was friendly, and accommodating. Review: So I call on a Friday wanting to get something installed next day and spoke to a guy named Tony who gave me all types of incorrect information. He stated there weren’t any appointments necessary just walk in at 2pm Saturday. Called the next day to verify and was confirmed by another employee the information was wrong and I could not get my vehicle worked on the day I was informed by Tony to come in. Spoke with Henry who is the manager and he didn’t empathize or even remotely try to accommodate me after being informed all this incorrect info from his employee. If your looking for good customer service look elsewhere

Review: They do great work, but are always booked to compacity. I try to think, good things come to those who wait. With no question, the job these professionals do, needs to be commended. Engine, Shocks, water pump, spark plugs, wires, I’ve had it all done. Take it to these guys, from Josh, to my favorite mechanic. Iam not giving his name, He’s mine. LOL. Thanks Guys
