Review: Awesome repair shop. Gino got my daughter’s Ford Explorer Maryland State Inspection done making the necessary repairs needed to make the vechicle safe and pass the inspection. All repairs were done in a timely manner and at a very fair and reasonable price. This was my first time using this repair shop to get work done, and I will continue to bring all my other vehicles here as I can trust this shop. It’s hard nowadays to find a honest and trustworthy shop. Bryans Road Crown station is just that. Thank you for all your hard work, you all did an awesome job!!!

Review: I needed a transmission repair on my Mini Cooper. I went to Crown because I knew that I could trust them, the work would be done properly and at a reasonable cost. They definitely did not disappoint, my little car is running fine now. Thank you !

Review: Gino is very knowledgeable about vehicles. Bryans Road Crown will not charge you for services you do not need. The facility sends you a report with pictures of why the part(s) need to be replaced. Then you decide what you want completed. Very professional and on-time with your vehicle.

Review: I am highly disappointed with the service or lack there of that I recieved at the Bryans Road Crown. I took me vehicle in for a check engine light and was told they couldn’t complete the diagnosis because my oil needed to be changed and that it was very low. Also my battery was dead and that also needed to be replace. The problem is…I just changed my oil 3 week prior and I took my battery to Autozone the same evening and the battery was fine. I don’t recommend using the for your car repair services.

Review: I am very disappointed. I gave the description of what my car was experiencing and was told by Mr. Geno what exactly it could be, then he said I had to do a suspension diagnostic to ensure the correct diagnosis. I agreed to the supposed diagnostic testing, upon returning to get my results and car. I asked for the Diagnostic paperwork, Geno replied and said it was test drove and put on the lift, it was confirmed that what he suspected was the issue.I am confused as to why, he stated a diagnostic test had to been and that was not a diagnostic testing. I could have kept my $75 in my pocket, I was told a diagnostic test. I am so disappointed and feel robbed. That is very wrong to communicate one thing and I have to pay for another! I now dislike here
