Review: Mr. Basset was my mechanic. After several months of evaluating his work I have to say I am not happy and would never use them again. He replaced my engine. He decided to use a different intake than the one that came with the car. This caused problems with attaching the duct from the air box to the intake. It also meant rerouting vacuum lines because my vehicle didn’t have the same connections that this intake needed. A sensor was placed in the wrong location for the same reason. What really disappointed me was after several months I had to perform maintenance on the vehicle and found bolts missing on my exhaust system and a motor mount. I also found the wrong bolt used on my exhaust manifold that wasn’t seated against the manifold. When I tried to remove it, it broke off.I am completely disappointed with his shoddy workmanship and would never recommend his services.
