Review: So happy I trusted these guys to fix my GLC. My stress was through the roof and another place quoted 7k + replacing a whole door while Caliber quoted 3.8k. The reception and workers were so friendly and professional. Only took ~2 weeks and it looks good as new!! Thank you so much I honestly appreciate it greatly.

Review: Honestly probably the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I had the pleasure of working with Christy and she was amazing. I was informed the entire process of having my car repaired and she took care of dealing with my rental car. I cannot thank her enough. My car looks brand new. I would recommend anyone to this shop. Review: Michelle is the best she keep me well informed during the whole process and it didn’t take long. She extended my car rental when they took my SUV apart and saw it needed more repairs and kept Allstate aware of the damage. The car was completely repaired in a two week period. Ms. Wanda the receptionist is a jewel when I Walked in the door she made me feel welcome. This is a great place Caliber in White plains Maryland.

Review: Caliber repaired my vehicle to a level that I thought I’d never see out of my truck, after my accident. My truck looks like it did when it rolled off the show room floor and drives as well as it did prior to my accident. They have very skilled technicians who take pride in providing quality work.
