Review: My experience at this mechanic shop has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the lack of communication to the outright negligence, it’s been a frustrating journey from start to finish.Firstly, there was a complete absence of communication from January to April regarding the status and condition of my car. Whenever I tried to inquire about updates, I was met with clueless front desk staff who couldn’t provide any information. Attempts to speak with the manager, “Mike,” were futile as he was never available, leading me to question if he even existed. To make matters worse, the turnover rate at this location is astonishing—I’ve dealt with three different representatives over the past four months, none of whom are still employed there.The miscommunication and lack of accountability resulted in me being in four different rental cars and losing money out of my own pocket. I had to physically visit the shop multiple times just to get a semblance of what was happening with my vehicle.When I finally picked up my car last week, it was returned to me with no gas, despite the fact that I had left it with a close to a full tank. Additionally, they managed to mess up the tint on one of my windows, leaving me responsible for fixing it myself. To add insult to injury, they left old pieces from my car in the trunk, which I had to dispose of myself.Upon expressing my dissatisfaction, all I received was a paltry $25 to cover the inconvenience of my car being returned on empty. No offer to assist with the tint issue, no gesture of goodwill—just a dismissive response to my valid concerns.In conclusion, I cannot in good conscience recommend this location to anyone. The lack of communication, turnover rate, and overall negligence make it an absolute nightmare to deal with. Save yourself the hassle and find a mechanic shop that values its customers and their vehicles.
