Review: Great customer service. Came in for a simple job and the team gave me a great turn around time. Franklin explained to me exactly what they would get done and did exactly that. Would recommend to anyone needing any work done on their car. The way they leave your car is great but the customer service is what makes you come back.

Review: Got sideswiped and my insurance recommended Caliber Collision to do the repair. They did an excellent job keeping me in the loop as they assessed the damage, ordered the parts, and fixed the damage. When I got my truck back, it was as good as new! Bonus points for having an on-site Enterprise Rent-a-car that made dropping off my truck a breeze! If I ever end up in another accident, I know where to go!

Review: I was in a collision and took my car to this Caliber location for repair. While everyone was friendly and service was prompt, there doesn’t seem to be any quality control and too much corner cutting. I picked up my car, a few days later realized that that the keyless entry on the driver’s side wasn’t working. I took it back and they fixed it, or so I thought. Well, the keyless entry wasn’t working on the driver’s side back door either. Had to take it back again. A simple fix, but no one bothered to ensure the car was in the same mechanical condition it was in when I initially dropped it off.What REALLY pisses me off is that Caliber replaced the collision damaged door with a door that has mineral water stains all over it. My car is garage kept and I didn’t notice it until my car was in the sunlight and my mechanic pointed it out. It looks terrible and is noticeably different from the rest of the car. Now, I have to pay to have it wet sanded and buffed. The quality of their work really sucks. You’ve been forewarned.
