Review: Geico insurance recommended Caliber, the actual repairs was acceptable, the work was completed before the estimated completion date. Customer service was excellent, I was given regular updates on the repair process. My only complaint today, they didn’t properly secure my headlamp bulb, it was dangling I was able to secure it before it got damaged.

There were great perks in the waiting room, and the process was thoroughly explained, ensuring smooth communication throughout the time my car was in their care. I received prompt text alerts, and a call when my vehicle was ready two days ahead of the estimated time. Josh, my mechanic, did an outstanding job adding in a new bumper and making my car look fantastic. I couldn’t be more pleased with the process. I’d come back here in a heartbeat!
