Review: This shop is amazing! The side of my car was damaged in A hit and run, and my insurance company recommended them. They amazing from beginning to end. I had never done this before, but they made the process easy and simple. The ladies at the front desk were so kind and helpful! My car looks great and they went above and beyond with their service. I highly recommend this company, and would defiantly use them again in the future (if needed lol) thank you!

Review: My Saturn doors were replaced. Doors did not match the rest of the SUV, very bad color match. Manager Don said take it up with the insurance company. Manager Don very disrespectful to me my boyfriend and Grandson that only 11 years old he came home crying. The women that works in the front were very nice and respectful. I’m very disappointed won’t take my vehicles there ever again., do to Don disrespectfullness. Unprofessional manner in to dressing towards us the customer that paid for the job to be done right.

Review: I cannot say enough good things about this body shop. We were involved in a collision and the insured had less than fantastic insurance. Despite that, they got our vehicle in and started work right away. The insurance proved incredibly difficult to work with, but through it all everyone at Certified Auto Body was kind, communicative, and went above and beyond to help us and get our family back into our vehicle. Oh, and the work was excellent too! So glad to be able to support a local business and I can say without a doubt that they have secured a customer for life with our family. Thank you to everyone at Certified Auto Body. We won’t forget your kindness!

Review: No problem with waiting a month to get my car serviced. Where the problem lies is the communication with this establishment. Originally I was told the car would take a week for service. I also understand parts go on back order. It turned into almost 4 weeks. I only got updates on the progress when I reached out.I was told multiple times the car would be done on this day and it was not. I even called out of work on these days for nothing because the car was not ready. From the first inspection I told the shop my car was shaking when braking. Now that I have my car back the shaking while braking is still an issue. The first response they gave me was take it to whoever did your brakes. They could’ve told me that they don’t service brakes and rotors and I wouldn’t have even chose them as the shop to do the work because they simply don’t have the expertise I need. All together I have $3k worth of repairs and the main issue still isn’t fixed.
