Review: I recently had my vehicle serviced at this car shop and I must say, the communication regarding the issues with my vehicle and the progress of the repairs was outstanding. The turnaround time was also impressive, as my car was ready much sooner than expected.However, I was a bit taken aback when I discovered that a part had been replaced without my consent. This made me wonder about the financial implications if I couldn’t cover the bill due to a repair that I didn’t authorize. It would have been better if they had consulted with me before proceeding with any additional work.Despite this issue, I am overall pleased with the service I received and would bring my vehicle back in the future. I would just hope for better communication and transparency when it comes to making decisions about repairs and replacements.

Review: Amazing work on a completely flat tire! Got a tow to them and they took in my car on a busy morning, had it all patched in about 1.5 hours. My husband was able to get to work for a half day! Appreciate the friendly staff and cute dog.

Review: Absolutely awesome and reliable. My tire valves were damaged and 3 of them went flat. They could have easily told me that I needed new tires but they managed to fix them, $20 each. They explained to me exactly what caused the damaged and how to avoid it in the future. Needless to say, I really appreciate the advice for preventive care. Many mechanics would not do that.

Review: Quick, efficient and amazing service. I had a tire slowly leaking air and went to a competitor and was told it’d be 3-4 hrs. Popped right over to Chaney and they patched the tire and had me good to go in under 40 mins. Thank you.P.S. Your dog is awesome!! Great business and I highly recommend these guys.

Review: My son took my daughter’s car in and had a good experience over all. My rating is 4 stars, because he had an issue with the lady at the front desk. She told him they would not do an alignment and did not check with her manager first. This was an issue, because I called when they opened to find out the latest he could take the car in for an alignment and to have four tires replaced. She refused to honor this until she heard me on the phone. Yes, I was livid. Kudos to the mechanic and manager! Per the information received when I called, my son did not get there until after 3:00 p.m. and everything was completed in a couple hours. Her car drives much better now (no more shaky stirring wheel or hydroplaning) and the price was reasonable. I have only been to Chaney for this service, but other family members and friends have used them for various services and recommend them as well. I will be a repeat customer!
