Review: Since the dealership won’t respond to the auto text I will write my review here. I took my 2022 Chevy Colorado in for service on 26 July cause the AC stopped working suddenly and if you know MD that’s not the time we want our AC to not be working properly. The service advisor (Kevin) was quick with getting me checked in and taking down what was wrong with my vehicle. He also helped with expediting my day since I couldn’t leave since this is my only vehicle and could not get a ride to work or home that day. For Kevin this was 4 star service, there was only one thing I thought was keeping him from 5 stars and that was some communication between he and the tech to me the customer. Overall excellent work while I was there.Now for the main issues I took from this visit and why this is a 1 star. After some communication and terminology differences between the tech in the back and advisor I asked to see my vehicle and what was the issue. The tech seemed to be annoyed that I was back there but let me know the wiring harness had chaffed through and was the issue, then seemed more annoyed that I had to call my wife when the price was 1200$ to replace that. After giving thee go ahead to work the issue and I got my truck back it smelled grease, dirt, and grime inside, the steering wheel felt gross, and overall was not pleasant to receive my vehicle back like that. I am an aircraft mechanic so I get being dirty but I keep my truck clean and taken care of. When I got home I cleaned the inside and decided to open the hood and found that was even worse. Both fenders were covered in grimy fingerprints and whatever else, the area the tech was working in was a mess. I have an aftermarket fuse box that I neatly installed that was all tangled up and thrown back together with zero care. Nothing was cleaned up and cared for like I would expect from a professional, this was one bad experience that has ruined many other great visits with this service department. I can only imagine what other customers go through and get back if this what I dealt with from a short stay with this department.

Review: I spoke with Juanicia today and she was amazing 👏 . She provided excellent customer service. She went above and beyond to explain the process to me on getting my car scheduled for service. Customer service really starts with that first phone call and she exemplified exceptional customer service today and I just wanna let you guys know.

Review: Really short took my truck 3 times and it got messed up had to get a brand new truck. And they don’t care or take responsibility for there mess up. Plus they open up my air freshener that was in my closed glove box lol and lost my valve stems for my tire smh the worst service department like why. 😭😭🤬. I had my truck a year and like 4 months and now a problem with the engine cause they did a bad job. Y’all it’s much more I can say but now I’m just very… upset!!!!!😭😭😭. I do love my new truck but the payments etc. It’s ok cause I know God got me!🙏🙏🙏

Review: Horrible!!!! I dropped the car off at 8:15 for an 8:30 oil change/tire rotation appointment. 9:35 and they still have to rotate the tires! I’d hate to see how long it takes for them to do legit repairs!Update: They finished at 9:57. Beyond sad for a professional “service” department!
