Review: I have used choisser automotive 3 different times to get work done on my car. Every single experience I’ve had with them was top tier! Their customer service is top notch. Everyone that works there welcomes you with so much warmth and kindness. Not to mention they are so helpful with everything. They are more than happy to answer any and all questions you have. Unlike some other places where you feel like you are a bother to them by asking questions. Nope, not with Choisser! They are very honest, respectful, helpful, kind, and trustworthy! Which is hard to find these days at an auto shop! Everytime I’ve gotten my vehicle back, everything was fixed perfectly! Not to mention, the prices won’t break your pocket. I will continue to use them anytime I need something done on my car. I have loved working with them and recommend them to everybody! 10/10 ⭐️

Review: I take all four of my Toyota/Lexus trucks here and find them to be competent and trustworthy. In fact, I had a part fail within the warranty period and they replaced it without giving me a hard time…rare today. Highly recommend!

Review: Professional and courteous staff that are willing to answer the toughest questions and address concerns. I consider myself a tough and direct customer and the staff at Choisser remained very professional throughout out dialog. The shop is well kept and organized; which tells me that they have pride in what they do and they care about how they are perceived by customers. Prices are reasonable in comparison with the dealer (Toyota in my situation). They aren’t cheap, however, with car repairs, you really get what you pay for. If you want it done correctly, take it to Choisser, if you do not want it done correctly, take your chances elsewhere. Lastly and I think one my favorite attributes are the fact that Choisser sends you estimates with pictures regarding the issues with your vehicle. The least favorite thing I like is, I can’t pronounce or spell Choisser 🙂

Review: I recently took my car to Choisser for the first time and couldn’t have been more pleased with their service, courtesy, professionalism, and promptness. Maddie, Caroline, and all the technicians whose names escape me right now were knowledgeable and accommodating. Maddie was kind enough to give me a ride to work after I dropped my car off for service, and even came back to pick me up after a few hours when my car was done. I’ll be going back soon for some more recommended service, and look forward to another satisfying experience with good old-fashioned customer service. I highly recommend the Choisser team!

Review: Technicians are very thorough at explaining my vehicle”s needs. The oil change was done in a very timely manner while I waited in a very clean location.Also the work they did on my 17-year-old vehicle that needed a hard-to-find catalytic converter was exceptional. Their professionalism and persistence in finding the correct catalytic converter made me a returning customer.
