Review: This is an amazing place a mom and pop tire shop that gives you a personal attention without sacrificing detailed work. A combination that most big tire shops can’t deliver. When it comes to my BMW M5C I need to make sure it’s well taken care of and Clariaxel delivered! All the professionalism and none of the anxiety!

Review: I had a fantastic experience at this tire shop. I had a slow leak in my tire. The tech was able to find the nail and plug the tire in 15 minutes. Also best kept secret they have a restaurant on the side that sells some good tacos.

Review: The service at this location is a prime example of how unprofessional employees can ruin the reputation of a good company.I’ve met the owner, and he was very professional, friendly, and seems to strive for customer satisfaction.I’ve been to the Brandywine several times and always left there pleased with the service, until today. I went there this morning to purchase a tire, and left there totally unsatisfied AND feeling disrespected. An employee brought a Dunlap tire over to me to inspect and approve the installation. I agreed with the tire and the price. He took my bad tire into the shop to replace it with the new one. Almost 30 mins later, he mounted the tire onto my car. I got out of my car to take a look at the tire and I noticed something about the tire that I’ve never seen before; the face of the tire had little indented circles around the entire face of the tire. It was obviously a part of the tire design, but it looked as if it would identify that side as the inside of the tire. Even the Dunlap name was very small, and it literally had very small paragraphs written on the tire. I assumed that he put the tire on backwards. When he initially showed me the tire before mounting it, I didn’t give any attention to circles because the opposite side looked just like any other tire.I asked him about the circle indents and he told me that it was just how the tire is made. I told him that I’ve never in my entire life seen the face of a tire with those circle indents on any vehicle, and further more, if the rest of my tires didn’t have those circles, why would I want one tire with circles not matching the others. I asked him if he had any other tires of my size to replace that one. He pointed to the office and gestured that we go and speak to a woman inside. In his native language, he spoke with her and she went over to my car and I followed. She attempted to explain to me that it’s just how that tire is made and I pointed out that it looked to me to be mounted with the rear of the tire facing out based on the numerous paragraphs written on it and the very small word “Dunlap” written on it. I even explained that opposite side had “Dunlap” written much bigger on the other side like most tires have. After quit a bit of back and forth and her becoming what seemed to be aggravated and mad, and she finally said that the tire can be switched around. (TOO BE CONTINUED)
