Review: Prices was good but customer service SUCKS!!!!!!!!!! Was going to him for almost a year then all of sudden he went off the cliff! My truck was idling funny I took it to him to look at it he sprayed something on the coils then said I need intake gasket soon as I drove off less than a mile away truck shut off middle of the highway. I called him back he says idk what to tell u gone have to tow it here so now I had to get it towed back to him. He was too busy and closed for the weekend so he sent me over to the shop in the back corner guy named Gabriel. Who found the issue which was the maf sensor which he over charged me like crazy $280. Coleman was thinking it was because of I was low on gas which I didn’t believe that would be the reason because I still had 25 miles to go. I asked him for a ride right down to the gas station and he started making little petty comments like you going give me gas money to be driving you around like Uber and said do I have a gas tank which he already had one but he just steady being petty for nothing when it’s his fault in the first place for not diagnosing the problem correctly the first time then I wouldn’t be stranded. So, he finally drives me to the gas station less that a mile away we come back I put the gas in their and the truck still does the same thing starts then cuts right back off! All this happened before he had sent me over to the shop in the corner who overcharged me like $280 for a maf sensor like come on now he probably cleaned it put it right back on and then had me pay that mess. Now I knew nothing about cars because I was getting Coleman to fix it but after his mess up, and being unprofessional I found a new shop in the meantime while I started to watch YouTube videos so I can start to work on my truck myself as well and to just know the basics so no shop can over charge me again. And I had an appointment for 10am with Coleman like I’ve done in the past I walk in and he tells me he can’t do it he got too many cars after we already discussed on the phone and setup the appointment. He always has so many cars to work on and no where to park truly unprofessional! Now I found a better shop that’s more professional and has great customer service able to manage their customers appointments better and NOT just a huge clutter MESS like Coleman 👎🏽
