Review: Earl and the team were amazing! From the customer service with the front desk personnel to the transparent communication and attention to detail with the techs. Seamless! Being that my vehicle is a 2021 and has new technology, I appreciated the time and effort the tech took to make sure my cruise control and crash detection alerts worked as should. I would 10/10 recommend this shop to anyone. Thank you all again for taking care of my baby!

Review: I went here to get my stolen car serviced. This is the place my insurance chose. When coming to pick up my car I noticed a loud sound just to see that 7 lug nuts were missing on my tires. My dad had to purchase some in order to put them on. Michael Wilson the manager handled the issue and was extremely polite super patient and professional with handling the matter. Natalia and Jennifer were amazing , they were super polite during every interaction. They were also super helpful the entire time. Unfortunately when i reached home i noticed theres still one missing on my tire. My car is also making a squeaking sound now my entertainment system is still malfunctioning and my seatbelt doesn’t retract anymore for some reason. Also my entire gear shift has been replaced out to one that is peeling and a slightly different shape not the one I had originally but I am appreciative of the customer service.

Review: Great customer service and professional work. Brian kept me updated throughout the process and even checked on me since I was in the hospital while my car was being repaired. Receptionist was also very courteous and helpful throughout the process, helping me with the rental car.
