Review: Got Caught in a hit and run in dc while at work. Lexus of silver spring was the closest body shop (darcars collision center silver spring md). My vehicle 15 Lexus rcf . Car sat at the shop since Friday with no work being done to it after receiving estimate. Needed to have some pics snap of my odometer and registration and the receptionist who answered the phone directed my call three times without solution. Spoke with service manager and he couldn’t comprehend a simple pic of my odometer and registration. I read reviews of how bad this place is and it’s true. No emphasis on customer service at all yet you are in a customer service oriented business. Say less taking my business else where were customers are priority. Didn’t even get my car worked on here because of that rude interaction with the receptionist and service manager. I REPEAT DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. SAW EVERTYHING I NEEDED TO SEE. Stay the hell away from this place. They do not value customers at all. There to get a paycheck and that’s all.

Review: That staff, especially Patricia and my mechanic, were EXCELLENT.They BOTH went above my expectations for the repair of damaged car, even down to the specially color matched painting of the affected areas- wonderful!My car was repaired in April 8, 2024 and continues to look and function as good as new!THANK YOU!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Review: I had a terrible experience with Darcars Collision Center in Silver Spring, Maryland. They took almost two months to fix what was only superficial damage to my vehicle, which is still not completed. The customer service was consistently poor throughout the entire process. Not only did they take an unreasonably long time to complete the repairs, but they also showed no accountability for the delays. Every interaction with their staff was frustrating, as they were unprofessional and unhelpful. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for timely and professional service. Nor do I recommend buying an vehicle within their company. I am out several hundred dollars due to paying for a rental because they took more than 30 days to fix superficial damage to my vehicle. Absolutely, horrible experience.

Review: So I had my Honda civic car serviced here back in February 2022 after a car hit the drivers side door and caused a dent. My car was in the shop for months (approximately 2 months +) and i was told they were going to replace my drivers side door and it took to so long to fix because they were waiting for the door to come in. This collision center is practicing FRAUD. I ended up mildly scraping my rear door in late 2023 on the drivers side and was told by multiple reputable mechanics that my drivers side door was never replaced with a new door. So this collision center ultimately lied and is committing insurance fraud. Additionally, they installed the OLD door wrong and till this day there is a loud windy noise always coming from the side of the door when i drive. I’m so upset that the responsible parties insurance sent me to this horrible collision center and thank God I didn’t have to pay a dime. But this collision center is a SCAM! Do not go here to get your car fixed.

Review: I am very satisfied with my experience at Toyota Certified Collision Center at 12210 Cherry Hill Rd. Silver Spring, MD 20904. From start to finish it was flawless. Excellent repair job! Clean, completely repaired as if nothing had happened.I was extremely happy with the courteous and professional service I received from Colline Seeepersaud Dorsey Bravo!!! From the moment I walked in (CJ) made the process smooth and kept me well informed through the repair process. She answered every question with respect and understanding of a novice customer. The repair was completed efficiently and at a high quality. I intend to tell all my friends and neighbors about Darcars Toyota Certified Collision Center Thanks so very much!
