Review: It’s too bad Google makes you give at least one star, because frankly they deserve none. We took our car in for a routine oil change after making an appointment to do so; they told us 2 hours and sold us an upgraded service plan; and after nearly 5 hours, my wife finally pulled the car out of line and we’re going to take it somewhere else. To anyone reading this who manages the service center at DARCARS Toyota: staff up; only make appointments you can service; and get organized. There are lots of places to get an oil change, and we will not be back.

Review: Horrible experience… I made an appointment for my car maintenance yesterday and was told over the phone I wouldn’t have to pay because I had Toyota Care. I go in today for my appointment to find out that the representative I spoke with on the phone lied about my Toyota Care being active. The representative of today told me my new total was $93 and I agreed cause I was already there. I come back a few hours later and they tell me my new total is $150?! After approximately 20 minutes of them talking they come to me and tell me that they were able to bring it down to $129. To change the price 3 times is absolutely ridiculous.
