Review: My experience with Dicky Smalls Auto was Superior from my initial call with Vee to my interaction with Eli who worked on my car. This shop should be a top-rated school to teach shop owners and mechanics how to deliver extraordinary customer service & top tier technical/mechanical services. The dealership wanted to charge me over $2500 for tires, alignment, and calibration. I spoke with Vee and Eli and learned I did not need my camera calibrated for a routine alignment. This is only necessary if my car was in an accident or I hit a pothole that knocked my car severely out of alignment. My car now rides smoothly and in perfect alignment with no need for camera calibration at a fraction of the dealer’s price. Additionally, Eli took my oxidized headlights to crystal clear just like the day I drove off the car lot. See before and after photos. Their overall knowledge and professionalism is unmatched. They specialize in European cars, but have the skills and technology to work on domestic vehicles as well. Lastly, I met the co-owner after the work on my headlights was done and from hello it was obvious that their overall professionalism starts at the top. So, if you want quality service, fair prices, and professionalism this is the auto shop for you.
