Review: It is very rare that you find a car repair place that is committed to finding the problems with your car and fixing them. I called this place the car whisperer. I had taken my car to several dealerships, racked up huge bills, and they still didn’t fix my car. This place, not only fixed my car, but reassured me that there are great technicians still out there. You just have to know where to look. I recommend if you have problems with your car or an answered questions that you bring your car to an expert. Quality and care are undisputed here.

Review: I cannot express my gratitude enough for Mr. Frank’s exceptional service at his car shop. After frustrating experiences with two different dealerships failing to diagnose why my 2008 Toyota Camry wasn’t cranking, I decided to take a chance with Mr. Frank.Despite the complexity of the issue, Mr. Frank’s expertise and dedication shone through. It took a couple of weeks, but he worked until my car was not only cranking but running like new! His knowledge and skill as a mechanic are truly commendable.Moreover, Mr. Frank’s kindness and professionalism throughout the process made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Review: Went in for a “diagnostics test” for my Audi. I guess the test was performed? Not really sure, honestly. However, I was charged for it the second I walked into their shop…The woman that assisted me told me that I would receive my results the next day, via email. I thought that was a bit weird, because typical diagnostic results would have been given to me after the service was performed. Although I was taken aback by this, I just went with the flow.I was originally referred by a friend, plus the shop is a small business ran by a couple. I thought I was helping a small business HA!The woman (girlfriend or wife) or whomever she was, was very territorial over her partner named Kim, making it sooo uncomfortable to discuss my concerns regarding MY vehicle with him. She wasn’t pleasant at all and didn’t hide it either. So unprofessional.Needless to say, I never received my diagnostic report. I called and called, and sent 3 text messages. No one ever responded or returned my calls. Beware!

Review: I had a troubling situation happen with my wiring in My truck that I couldn’t for the life of me figure out it made my truck cut off in the middle of driving. I happened to get my truck towed to My home and got suggested to this shop and thank God I did. Mr Kim has done a exceptional job on fixing the electrical issues of my truck and even shown me a few things I needed done on my truck I didn’t catch, and his process took some time but it was worth it to make sure the same situation wouldn’t happen again

Review: I can’t applaud this business enough. Kim is the all around “Car Engine Whisperer”. I have called Kim, the business owner, screaming “Kim – I don’t know what is going on?!!!” on the phone in multiple emergencies, and with five different cars: one Nissan Xterra, one Volvo XC 60, my daughter’s Ford fiesta, and 2 Nissan Altimas. Regardless of the model, regardless of the car year, he jumps in and helps me evaluate the issue right away. He always works it out. Kim is highly knowledgeable, and very, very professional. Every since I met Kim, I haven’t needed to go to anyone else to have honest, forthright conversations around my car repairs. He provides a service whereby he accompanies you to purchase a used car, and he will evaluate it on the spot. Most recently, he traveled to Columbia to check out a prospective vehicle for my son. This has saved us much heartache and money, because now, before making the purchase, we’ve been able to be smart about purchasing a secondhand vehicle. He also comes to where you are to do the car repair. Regardless of whether or not the car is disabled, he does “house calls.” He’s also available when most of the shops are shut down – evenings and weekends. I have called Kim at 7 am and 7 pm. I don’t trust anyone else with my cars now and I have never been more pleased. He is always respectful, honest, timely, and accurate. AAA+++
