Review: I purchased my 2016 Jaguar XF 35t R-Sport from the New Carrollton, MD location in June 2023.Fast forward to October 2024 and the key fob battery needs to be replaced. Upon opening the fob, I discovered that the actual metal key is missing.I just called the dealership and they stated “since the vehicle was sold last year, it’s nothing they can do.”No apology.No attempt at rectifying the situation except to purchase a key for $30. Wrong answer.This is my second vehicle purchased from a Eastern Motors location and this will be my last.
