Review: I chose edelens because of their amazing reviews .the front desk staff is amazing on calls. I had alot of work my kia soul needed. I forget her name I’m sorry but she answers the phones and she was so patient I had alot of questions and she explained to me what was what and pricing etc. The towing arrived earlier than expected and managed to get my car to start to move and tow he was very kind and communicated well. After my service and my car was fully repaired with many new services I had got my gear shift stuck. They immediately came to my location and got it right and running in seconds. I was just scared to force anything. I believe this is family owned which I love to support. But regardless I had two separate situations w my husband and father I mentioned while just during our call and she was so sweet to wish my family well wishes on top of her awesome customer service. I appreciated their opinion and pricing with all that my vehicle needed and I feel safe knowing I also have warranties with everything I got done. Thanks edelens I hope I never need u for major services again but if I do need anything I’ll be back 💖
