Review: I went earlier today for an alignment that a tire shop had told me to get. However, it sounds like the only person that knows my truck best is my mechanic. Services like this are great if they actually stuck to their prices and overall offer their “word” of trust. Promotions for truck alignments say either wise and online on Google, but in person it was $80 for my truck alignment, as the tech did not budge to say, “it’s $80.00”. Not much of a friendly technician. Tech sounds like he needs a vacation soon. Attentive but very outburst extrovert at his job.On the other hand, it turns out that this gentleman said I had to change my ball joints and tie rods, which at the end, I had to pay $20.00 for the shops fee. I asked him if he can guarantee that his evaluation is 100% accurate, since I was paying the $20.00 fee for his “inspection” before an alignment that was referred by the tire company down the street.He was nice enough to let me know that this is not “good year… I won’t do that.” After all, if I’m paying you $20.00 for a service fee, you have to give me a guarantee that I’m paying you for your inspection/service fee of $20.00, if not then why are you charging $20.00? I was basically almost worried that I had to go buy all this assembly before I can get an alignment.I was willing to pay but he refuse to offer his word of a man that his evaluation is 100% accurate. Hello – is this gentleman a mechanic or a tire tech? I am curious.Unfortunately- I felt compelled to write this review so the next client understands that trucks are $80.00 for alignments not the promotional price they publicize on their front door of their shop. Maybe you guys should promote accurate prices. Also- make sure you ask your mechanic before you have this shop charge $20.00 for their service fee if you do or do not get their services.Thanks for the help but unfortunately I think we cannot be long term customers.
