Review: Prices are high and don’t offer complementary tops out on the fluids. The employees at the front desk interaction between them and me were very ethical and professional from their part, helpful and knowledgeable.But please read this:PLEASE WHENEVER YOU REQUEST TIRE ROTATION DOUBLE CHECK ID THEY DID OR NOT (technician lied about getting it done and also patching the flat tire .,I did request the appointment for those services getting done two days before. THOSE TWO SERVICES SHOULD BE HONORED SINCE I BOUGHT “THE PROTECTION PLAN” THEY MAKE SURE OFFER YOU EVERY TIME YOU GET TIRES FROM THEM.ALSO, I ASKED TO HAVE MY BRAKES CHECK WICH THEY DID (WICH WAS DONE FOR FREE BECAUSE OF A COUPON ON LINE)AND SUGGEST IT GETTING SERVICE FOR AROUND 175.00 IF I’M CORRECT(who ever did it didn’t lock the cap that hold the brakes fluid on the container by the driver side so I drove like that for 2 days if I’m correct)THE ONLY THING THAT WAS DONE RIGHT ON THE FIRST TIME WAS FOR THEM TO GET ME A NEW TIRE THAT WAS PAID ALONG WITH THE “ROAD HAZZARD PLAN” THAT I MENTIONED BEFORE .I went back the following monday or tuesday, and thanks to the new store manager, everything got done the way it was supposed to beDon’t know if should I ask for anything complementary because of the trouble, but it could be nice if anything should be offered up .The first two pictures are the tires, no being rotated. The third picture is when I went back and showed the lady store manager , the last one is the brand new tire.Thanks to her, the guys at the back of the store fixed in about 2 hours (plus the 4 hours that took me to go back and forth to get the car the first time around
