Review: Had an emergency and pulled into the shop with hazards on and crawling. I had the best help from 3 individuals. Probably the best team of automotive technicians around. Chris initially helped me when I came in, and it was quick polite, and he got me seen in a hurry. Unbelievable working with Chris. John was the gentleman who explained what could be going on and told me his plan. And sure enough, the plan went extremely well and corrected the issue. He even did a health check on the 3 other breaking components to make sure I was completely good. Excellent workmanship with the vehicle and care for the customer. And Sam was the liason for this whole ordeal and made sure I had a fair price, knew what was coming next, and honestly made the whole event great and with a cherry on top. Great time, great atmosphere, and a lucky opportunity. I am bothered I had to go in, but glad I stumbled on such a great shop! Recommend 10 out of 10 to work with any of these 3 people.

Review: I‘m going to start this off by saying I don’t do reviews because I’m too lazy most of the time… but this store deserves one. Now, I get this store does more than just oil changes, but it’s 1:57 as I type this and I checked in exactly 2 hours ago for an oil change appt at 1200. I didn’t do a walk-in, I had an appt. The guy told me an hour, hour and a half when I checked in and I should’ve turned around and walked away right then.Instead, an hour and a half later he calls me up to try to get me to do all this other stuff that I would assume would leave me waiting here until closing or leaving my vehicle overnight and probably all day tomorrow. My vehicle does need some maintenance done, but I’m already aware and scheduled for just an oil change… save me the up-sale effort and just do the oil change.Time out the door: 1427. Basically two and a half hours. FOR AN OIL CHANGE. Not to mention, I had to let the staff member know my car was outside to get checked out. What?????I could’ve had my oil changed five times by now (cheaper at the dealer with OEM FULL synthetic oil no less) and still would have had time to spare after driving home. This store is either overbooking appointments, needs more mechanics, or has other issues I won’t make assumptions about. Never coming back. Won’t recommend to anyone I know.

Review: With the Fort Meade, Maryland facility having a full schedule, the representative was able to squeeze me in the next day, due to an emergency to have my wheel locks removed (my wheel lock key had not been returned by a previous visit to the car dealership several months earlier). I had a scheduled appointment at another establishment, that was having a major sale on tires that was ending the next day, but couldn’t complete the work with the locks not being removed. It took the service technician just 10 minutes to remove the locks. I am very appreciative!!

Review: When I spoke to the gentleman who called to inquire about my appointment, he was extremely kind and patient. I didn’t actually know what I needed done, and he guided me toward a more affordable option rather than taking advantage of my ignorance. I appreciate that kind of courtesy. I will definitely be back in the future.

Review: Dissatisfied! Not thorough at all.Ive been a customer of Firestone for many years and other locations but this service is subpar at best. The staff is nice but the actual quality of vehicle service is subpar.Had to make them take my car back 2x this morning while doing an inspection. Things that were obvious like a tire bulge was not noticed and discussed when they returned my car. He only looked at the tread on the tire but some how not the whole tire. I had maintenance lines on and again none of that was discussed. Instead they tell me “I think you need an oil change. I don’t see a sticker”. So is the sticker the only way to determine if an oil change is needed???? I’m coming to vehicle professionals to do their due diligence and inspect my vehicle. Then, I asked if my fluids were topped off he said no and that they didn’t have any fluids. I said so if you had fluids would you have topped it off. He said yes…kind of sort of. Later in the conversation he said he’ll take my car back (for the 3rd time) to top off fluids. So now they magically have the fluids????I expressed my dissatisfaction with not getting what I paid for to the front desk guy and he ignored me. (And no I wasn’t rude or irate this entire time).Lastly, to top it off, I get my paperwork and there’s this big dirty wet blob of a thumb print on the side of the pages (my guess is where the front desk guy licked his thumb to sort the pages and staple together…GROSS!!!)What exactly am I paying for with this vehicle inspection?????I’ve never had to wonder or ask this question with any of my other Firestone experience so it further leads me to believe it’s this location. It’s convenient for me to come back but I’d rather just go off base and receive quality service. This was very disappointing. They come across as untrustworthy here and cut corners versus doing thorough work.
