Review: staff are a bit inattentive but i guess there aren’t that many customers to practice customer service.the waiting area and showroom aren’t in the best condition, a bit worn and dirty.they did do my inspection within 1hr which is great comparing to other places that quote 3hrs+.i’d recommend them just because of that.parking is limited but not sparse.

Review: This is in response to the reply. Not only does this place look like a salvage shop, there is no organization and there is high turnover- one day you call and speak to someone, the next day that person doesn’t work there anymore. All they want is your money. Again, I will NEVER get my car towed to this God awful place. You may not find my order in your system, but my credit card didn’t decline. Everyone needs to be aware of how horrible this place is. Judging by the reviews, my experience is not isolated.

Review: They are very professional and perform excellent service on my 2003 sebring. Every time I get my car back, it performs like a new car. Ask for James when you go in. He gives the BEST customer service in the business. Your car will thank you for selecting them.
