Review: Wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted and attended to promptly. I stopped by because my vehicle was making a rattling noise. Rahime showed me the issue and explained in detail why it was happening, which made me feel confident and well-informed about the process. The entire service took only 20 minutes—quick and easy! Review: I have been dealing with a loud exhaust due to a cracked flex pipe for several months. I took my car to several shops around me on Rt1 in Alexandria, VA. Everyone other shop said that I needed to replace the entire system to the tune of $2,500 to $3,000. I didn’t have that kind of money, so I kept putting it off until I needed to get my emissions checked which wouldn’t pass until this was resolved. I am so happy that I found Fort Washington Muffler and Welding. In 20 minutes, they cut out the old bad section of exhaust and welded in a new section. Problem solved for $300. Beautiful weld, car runs very quietly and my vehicle passed emissions. I highly recommend this business to anyone that needs exhaust work done to pass their emissions tests. Is a great family-run business. The father is a retired ironworker and you can tell by the fantastic quality of his welding that he has years and years of experience.

Review: Needed exhaust repair to pass VA inspection and was freaked out about a surprise expense. Was told to go specifically to a muffler repair place. Found this one Google. I felt good vibes from the phone call alone before even looking at reviews. Rahime and all staff were very friendly, explained and showed everything they did step by step. I was in and out in around 30 min and the cost was less than expected. So thankful ❤️👌🏾

Review: They did an excellent job on the muffler delete especially with a more complex system like on the Supra with the exhaust valve control. Great customer service as well.They also let me play COD on their tv. You don’t see customer service like that anymore.10/10 would recommend.

Review: Kswapped my Civic and needed my exhaust welded up. This was the only shop in the area that would do it!! They did a great job, had me in and out the shop within 45 mins and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place if you need any exhaust work done!!
