Review: Andre, Jeremy, Max and the team are amazing! Every time I come in, I am greeted with a smile and I am recognized. Whoa, whoa – VIP service?! Woohoo! My car is always maintained and/or repaired expertly and in such a swift manner. Doesn’t matter if I do overnight drop or not – my car gets done faster than the competitors. The team is always friendly, responsive and honest. Pricing is fair. The facility is well maintained and the waiting area is decent. I am always kept in the loop as things progress and if something is recommended, I can get it handled with ease. Great job through and through! I’m so hype to have such an awesome place here in my neighborhood without having to travel over the bridge or into the city. Hometown heroes at FWTP&A. Plus, I have a lucky customer number so that makes me happy! 10/10 recommend!

Review: Front office is great and check in is pretty quick. Came in at at 7:30am for two front tires and 4 wheel alignment. They told me i was 4th in line for the alignment rack.At 11am I saw my car getting driven around the area and I though the alignment was done because there would no reason to test drive after installing two front tires.Walked in and nope had to wait another two hours, after leaving in a rush and checking the alignment sheet I noticed they did not adjust the rears on the alignment. Called to confirm they said bolts were seized which they’re not but pretty much did a terrible job aligning the car and it now shakes at over 65mph. I had to go to another shop to get wheels rebalanced and all 4 wheels aligned.Good tire shop but would not trust it for anything else.

Review: My first visit and i was skeptical. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and very knowledgeable professional staff. Highly recommend because they also perform mechanical repairs besides selling tires. Will bring both of my cars to them for oil changes and any other mechanical issues from now on. Very comfortable waiting lounge is also a plus.
