Review: The owner here is a very nice guy, very professional and I can truly say I respect him for his honesty. He called my husband to make sure he was aware of the job that was done to my car, and I hope God continues to bless the owner of this shop because he has proven to be understanding to the situation with our car. I would happily recommend his shop to others and I thank him for his time and services it is greatly appreciated. This shop has friendly and inspirational employees and they will take the time out to help you with whatever your car needs are. Peace and Love🌹

Review: Top notch shop with exceptional customer service! You guys were a life saver! A group of us were weathering the rain on our way to Myrtle Beach bike week from Catonsville, Maryland. My boyfriend’s alternator went up on his Boss Hoss. We called multiple auto shops that were within a few miles, even walking distance radius but none would help because they don’t work on motorcycles, even after explaining the bike has a V8 car engine. When we were about to lose hope, German Auto called back and told us they’d try to help anyway they can. They didn’t have the alternator in stock and it took some time locating it. But within a couple hours we were back on the road right before the next downpour of rain. Prior to their call, we were considering getting a tow home and cancelling our trip, but because of German Auto Performance, I’m sitting in the comfort of our hotel room writing this review, ready to start my vacation!

Review: Generally speaking, my experience was actually very positive. I have a 1987 Porsche 944 which needed some pretty extensive work. I searched around for a bit but wasn’t really able to find anyone who was willing or capable to work on the car. Eventually I ran into a gentleman who referred me to a shop in Alexandria, who then referred me to German Auto performance group where I met Darius who honestly was a breath of fresh air. He was kind, courteous and professional and most of all direct. I never felt like I had to over explain any of the issues the car was having. Furthermore, the details that I did give him he seemed to understand with ease. He and his team were able to rectify the cars issues in a reasonable amount of time, as they fixed my car which by the way did not run when I brought it to them it had to be towed and pushed into a parking space and by the end the car was running without issue and the work was properly done and satisfactory. Whenever I was at the shop I never felt like I was bothering anyone or in the way which is usually the feeling I get when I go to mechanics. He always kept an open line of communication with me and regards to the car and all the gentlemen in the shop were also very kind and courteous whenever I was there. This would include the young lady at the front desk who is super polite and easy to talk to. I don’t usually leave reviews, however whenever I find quality service I feel it is my duty to do so and in the day and age where people simply just do not want to work. It was really refreshing to find an establishment that was able to fulfill my needs with reasonable prices and great professionalism. My hat goes off to Darius and his team. Thank you guys so much for your help!

Review: Much appreciation and big thanks to German Auto Performance straight up!!! I started with them fixing a DIY on my BMW F30 and they did an amazing job. I Darius that I been going to another place in Clinton for the past 5 years but I’ll definitely be back. In January I bought an BMW X5 E70 N52 from a dealer in VA. Test drive was cool and I figured it needed a tune up so got home and DIY started. Done plenty of DIY on my F30 and tune up so figured no problem. Everything got worse and check engine light came on. Finally decided it needed a shop so I took it here. They corrected everything and reset my ECU. Now my X5 is super smooth and lots of power and its only a 3.0 inside a heavy truck. No check engine light, nice air flow and great throttle response! BMWs are expensive regardless of any “CERTIFIED BMW!” mechanic you go to and use quality BMW part’s. Darius and John worked with me very well with any price negotiations that I asked for and they were very clear to me about all the things that needed to be fixed and it was totally my option. I spent a few thousand and I am EXTREMELY SATISFIED!!! I still have a few more things to get fixed and I’m definitely letting them do it. I think they focus on actually making your car new again because mine sure feels like it and I ain’t even done. Good looking out to German Auto Performance! In Ft. Wash MD.

Review: Avoid this repair shop by all means. Your better of going to the dealership. They actually charge more than BMW for a diagnostic. I let Darius sucker me in to letting him work on my classic car because he was very interested in working on it personally. That didn’t last long till he past it on to one of his employees. Had my car for almost 1 year before finishing and the car only ran for an hour before overheating. To many issues to write about. So I’m just sending out a warning to any potentialcustomers. If anyone wants to know more feel free to reach out.
