Review: I cannot express how much this business saved me today! I took my car to the Hyundai dealership and they told me it would be 2 weeks to get the car fixed. I called this Goodyear and talked to Terrance who told me to bring it in right then and they could get it done same day (AMAZING)! Sure enough, he got me checked in, was very honest about how long I would have to wait (which I love, if it’s going to be a while I would much rather know that up front than expect it to be quick and it take longer), and he kept me informed through the whole process about what was happening and what each charge was. As a bonus, they have free wifi which was a saving grace because I had lots of work to get done!Justin was the technician who worked on the car and he was equally as informative and helpful as Terrance. Justin explained what happened and what they were doing, which made me feel very good about who was working on my car. It built a sense of trust for sure! And Anthony checked me out and was very nice and made sure I had all my paperwork. This place saved my butt today because they seemed like they cared about helping people out, NOT about taking your money and getting you out of there. It was wonderful. Terrance, Justin, and Anthony, y’all are the sole reasons I will be calling Goodyear for maintenance next time before I even consider calling Hyundai! Goodyear, these people are great employees and are doing wonders for your business!
