Review: Started having problems with the AC on my truck went online and sent an appointment request after seeing a good number of positive reviews for Guy Motors in my local area. I got a call back quickly within 15 minutes and was able to arrange to drop my vehicle off the next day at their Prince Frederick location for them to take a look at it. They correctly diagnosed an incorrect charge in the AC system and evacuated and recharged the system to OEM specifications which luckily fixed my issues. Repair costs were extremely reasonable for diagnosing and recharging the system, the staff/mechanics are extremely competent, and I experienced no upselling on unnecessary services which has been a problem with other local chain repair shops. Highly recommend giving this shop a try and supporting a local small business for your vehicle repair needs in the Calvert County area.

Review: Contacted Guy Motors I believe Tuesday or Wednesday & asked about dropping my truck off to get new keys cut Today. Dropped it off this morning they cut two keys & programmed them. It cost under $150, to me that’s a hell of a deal. I will definitely be using them again! I feel like a kid who woke up Christmas morning with a million presents under the tree! Went from broken keys to new ones.

Review: Exceptional service! Our low fluid light came on near their shop. I pulled in unknown and unannounced. They immediately examined the car, diagnosed a cracked radiator and had it fixed in 2 hours. They gave us a loaner car to use while we waited. Highly recommend.

Review: I would really avoid taking your car here. After fixing my car and costing me 1200 when the original was 900, my car started to drive funny not even 30 minutes after I left. Then a week later my check engine like came on which was never on before and I had the car for over 5 years. My car was ran under diagnostics at a dealer and I found out what was really wrong. They must of got me for my money and did a temporary fix, which is so disheartening. In fear of being stuck on the side of the road, in 90 degree weather, and 6 month old baby as a new mom, I ended up having to get a whole new car. They’ll just steal your money and won’t fix anything, these shops know what is really wrong with the car so what they did is wrong. It’s theft. Just don’t take your car here.
