Review: If I was able to give zero stars, that would be my choice. If you are a woman or identify as a woman, you can forget doing any type of car service at Hampton. I will provide a very short and concise review as this is way more than I would have ever expected from a mechanic. After retrieving my car from Hampton, Herman could not provide any invoices to show proof of what he purchased nor the work that he “completed” when asked by me and my insurance company. I drove from MD to FL on a botched job that Herman completed. My vehicle had impact on the right side. Herman placed junkyard parts on my vehicle and stated that the parts were “certified, after market” which was a lie. Out of the many parts that was needed to fix my vehicle, only two out of the parts that were actually new. Everything else was from the junkyard. Additionally, the left tire on my car was completely loose which I was not made aware of until I had my car inspected at the dealership. It was by the grace of God that I made it to Florida safely. I advise you now, if you need any work done, take your car to the dealership or to a mechanic that you fully trust and know. Do not bother to complete any service with this shop as Herman is dishonest and has a lack of integrity.
