Review: I wish I could give a positive review, but my experience with this repair shop was a complete nightmare.First, the person working the front desk is an adolescent who should not be doing business with customers. He does not communicate clearly with the mechanics about the service that needs to be performed. For example, I requested a diagnostic when the alternator was replaced in my 1st vehicle. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the child working at the front desk never informed the mechanic and suggested I schedule another appointment for the diagnostics.I was also having overheating issues with my 2nd vehicle while they were replacing the alternator in the 1st vehicle. They checked out my 2nd car and suggested that I replace the radiator, which I allowed.After the radiator was replaced, they discovered that it was a head gasket. I paid the invoice for the radiator because I had approved the work and it had been completed. However, I told them clearly in person that I was not interested in repairing the head gasket and would return the next morning to pick up the vehicle, which they agreed to. When I returned the next morning to get my vehicle, I discovered that the engine had been removed. When I asked why they removed the engine, they were unable to provide a clear response. They all became deceptive, and I felt as if they were pressuring me to replace the head gasket when I clearly stated to the mechanic that this car was not worth it and I did not want to repair it.I had not approved the work to be done, and they also require a deposit for any work exceeding $500.00. Again, I had not approved the work or paid a deposit.Long story short, I had to fight for nearly two weeks to get them to put the car back together. They made it appear as if it was my fault when they never received approval to do the work. I believe they saw a woman with cash and assumed they could pull a fast one on me.I ended up taking the car to another mechanic shop, only to discover that they had sprayed silicone all over the engine and water pump. Many bolts and screws were also missing from my engine and water pump.Overall, I do not recommend this repair shop. The person working at the front desk is extremely unprofessional, and if you are a single woman, they will undoubtedly take advantage of you. They tried to nickel and dime me, even charging me storage fees while my car was parked on the street where it could have been easily broken into.
