Review: Title: Terrible Experience with Innovation Auto Repair.I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Milton Garcia and Innovation Auto Repair at 4720 Saint Barnabas Rd in Temple Hills, MD and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others about their unethical practices. I had initially chosen this repair shop based on their seemingly reputable online reviews and recommendation from a friend. However, my experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. At the age of 70, I’m open to any assistance on getting my $400.00 back. This happen on October 3, 2023To begin with, I contacted Innovation Auto Repair to discuss check engine light diagnosis repair for my vehicle. They requested a deposit upfront, which I reluctantly paid, trusting that they would fulfill their end of the agreement. I was told to bring the car back to have the work done. The Milton ,the mechanic and owner, misdiagnosed my problem and recommended an unnecessary repair. I called him within hours and told him. I did not allow him to perform the repairs after calling immediately back and he telling me the items I put a deposit on would not resolve my auto issues. And I would have to have more work done anyway and did not care. I never took my car to Innovation Auto Repair for the work. I am not confident this mechanic can address my issues and did not address my complaint to return my $400.00 paid because no repairs were done. Unfortunately, that was the last time I heard from them.If you’re completely dissatisfied with the work and not confident that the mechanic can address your complaints, you could ask for a refund for the work not performed. If a mechanic misdiagnoses your problem and recommends unnecessary repairs, they can be held liable for the cost of those unnecessary repairs.Days turned into weeks, and despite numerous attempts to contact and collect my money from the repair shop, they remained unresponsive. After countless conversations, voicemails, sent texts, and even visited their physical location, only to find Milton Garcia was never available or closed during their supposed business hours. It became evident that they had no intention of returning my money.The lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service displayed by Innovation Auto Repair is truly appalling. Not only did they fail to provide the service, but they also refused to return my hard-earned money. This experience has left me feeling frustrated, betrayed, and taken advantage of.I strongly advise anyone considering using Innovation Auto Repair to think twice before entrusting them with their vehicle or money. Their deceptive practices and complete lack of integrity make them an unreliable and untrustworthy choice for any automotive repair needs.In conclusion, my experience with Innovation Auto Repair has been nothing short of a nightmare. They took my money, failed to diagnose the work, and have refused to return my money. I hope that by sharing my story, I can prevent others from falling victim to their deceitful practices. It is crucial to support honest and reputable businesses, and unfortunately, Innovation Auto Repair does not fall into that category. Please beware and consider taking your business elsewhere to avoid the frustration and disappointment that I have endured.
