Review: I have used Interstate since 2005 and I have had all my cars serviced there, when looking for a mechanic, you want someone who is fair and honest and who can explain your issues and show you what you need done. Rob is a fantastic owner he does extra stuff that you may not get charged for, and if your part is no longer available, he will come up with a solution. The cost of parts is what it is and labor goes with it, but if you want a caring mechanic, someone you can build a relationship with Rob is your guy, I am a very satisfied customer, he is a very knowledgeable and a Pro mechanic. Remember if you want cheap prices you normally get cheap work, treat your car like it is one of your children and Rob will keep your car running just like a kid. In these days of the pandemic we all have to give back to get, give Interstate a try and you will not be disappointed.

Review: Beware!! Be very careful and do your homework before you take your car to these guys. I was introduced to these guys by my family. None of us knew very much about cars and they had entrusted their cars with this business. I was very open and vulnerable when I told the owner that I knew nothing about cars. He ended up taking advantage of this information by billing me for a number of bogus additions without discussing them with me, then setting me up with an additional $400 bill on top of the service I requested. They tend to be very mysterious about information and if you do any of your homework you will likely find inconsistencies with the information they provide. Please be careful when you bring a car here and google everything they quote you for. Establish that the bill is final because there’s another review on here of a similar incident 3 months ago. Zero stars if possible.
