Customer service is also top notch! One of the best features I have always appreciated from a business is when they offer transportation back home/office to the customer after they drop off their vehicle. Review: The first time I used JJ’s, they gave great service and I wrote a great review.The next time, I made an appointment for a simple oil change, the car was dropped off when they opened. I said I needed the car by 3 pm. Reply, no problem, and since I made an appointment I didn’t think it would be. However, they had the car all day and didn’t touch it.So I walked away without an oil change.They lost a good customer

Review: Had to get my trailer inspected. Made an appointment with J.J.’s. The receptionist was professional. The guy who did the inspection knew what he was doing and even taught me a few things about my trailer. I was pleased with the service and the fact that I passed inspection.

Review: 2008 350Z Roadster, my “fun” car, super low miles and I’m meticulous about maintenance and repairs, so the car is almost like new. I took it to J.J.s for an A/C issue and an alignment. While the shop does close at 5pm, the after hours drop-off procedure is very convenient. Leave the car in an open spot, go to the handy key drop-off box, use the provided pen and envelope and done in 2 minutes. The next morning I received an acknowledgment call and was able to discuss my concerns. Next a tech called me and not only answered my questions in a polite professional manner, but also walked me through what was found during a very thorough inspection of the car. They told me I needed a new air filter, but did not push me on having them change it (it’s an easy fix), and also told me they found a safety issue with the rear suspension that I was not aware of. Within a week (some delay for parts) the car was fixed. A/C is colder than it has ever been, and it drives straight as an arrow. After pickup I received another courtesy call, and again, all my questions were answered politely and professionally. No pressure for unnecessary repairs, no snide or rude conversations with bored or overworked techs. Some reviews talk about the shop being expensive, but from my experience their rates are at par with other shops, and the tremendously positive customer service is well worth it. I highly recommend J.J.’s in Waldorf, and will definitely use them again.

Review: I bought my 06 Land Rover to J.J. very hesitant and upset due to past experience. My truck was a total mess due to electronic issues, they reassured me of their professionalism and told me not to worry and they would be able to fix. The Customer service was 100% from the beginning of my journey till the very end, in the middle of repair I was updated every step of the way. I’ve finally found an Auto Mechanic Shop i can finally trust. I’m beyond grateful and have I have a new fresh view of the Auto Mechanic if you live in the Waldorf area I highly recommend J.J Auto service. The entire staff is very pleasant and the mechanics did not hesitate to take the time to talk to me one on one.
