Review: When supporting black businesses go wrong. I asked Randy to let me know what the main issue was for the car and the parts to get. He went ahead and got the parts without telling me. When asked how much he started quoting random numbers at a ridiculously high price. Mind you all this while he wasn’t even at the shop he was on the phone telling me all this mess. When asked to see the parts receipt he tells me he can’t because it’s for his taxes. The guy that works him told me he worked 2 hours on the car and the rate was $100 …Randy told me he worked 3 hours and the rate was $120 SMH! He took almost the whole day to produce a receipt with inflated pricing ..I literally had to call the cops there it was a mess. Take your car there at your own risk. He is NOT AN HONEST MAN AT ALL AND WILL TRY TO DISTORT MONEY FROM YOU!

Review: The owner of this shop, Miles, is a shady business owner. He’ll give you a quote prior to taking your car to the shop, then conveniently change his prices on the bill after the work is done, AND lie about it. Pay close attention to his prices before & after work is done. He doesn’t respond to requests, you have to reach out to him three, four times before he responds, he’s too cheap to hire a receptionist. He doesn’t make it easy to coordinate a time to bring your vehicle in to the shop. People like him make it difficult to support black owned businesses, he lost a customer. He deserves -5⭐

Review: He did what was asked, (basically a Road-ready, non-state inspection), which cost $80. I also asked for a CV axel to be replaced, but we determined that it wasn’t the right one. He was going to charge me another $70 for the hour of labor, but I negotiated to $40.I go to pay the bill and he’s flubbing around with the numbers as if he doesn’t know how his own app works. He could have approved $1200 or 12k DOLLARS if I didn’t take the phone back and insert the $120 myself. A SH*##Y dealer all around. AVOID!The hispanic shop on the opposite end is a WAY BETTER choice.
