Review: Respectful staffing, every time I have been. Maintain que line very well(no cutting). Been here many times for oil changes and never have had any issues. Little out of the way as many others, as well as, other JL locations I pass on the way. It’s worth extra drive to know you are gonna receive great service.

Review: Asked for a AC check for my girlfriend’s Audi and potentially an oil change. The cashier Deon showed me the prices for oil change and I said no thank you only give me the AC recharge. Joe the manager then tells me that the oil pan was already removed and I have no choice but to leave with no oil or pay for the oil change which was over 100 dollars. He then charges me for the ac recharge 250 dollars and when I go to check the ac is still not working. He did give me a refund for the ac recharge after I complained but still had to pay for the unnecessary oil change. Needless to say not a great experience for a first time customer. I’m a business owner and If my employees screw up I do whatever to make the customer happy. In this case they didn’t care.

Review: Worst experience ever , i brought my car to change my routers and brakes on june 6 2024.Costed me over than a $1000 and then they messed up my tires bolts and had to spend over than 200 bucks to be able to take the old bolts as they required a special knot and at their shop they used a wrong one and it became impossible to take them out, had also to pay money to change the wheel studs which too also a whole day as it was hard to find the parts as it’a a new model. I will never come back again to that place as they are having non professional techs that do not care about their customers properties
