Review: Discovered Joe Hudson’s Collision Center when Travelers took over an accident claim. Talked to Lisa, she got the process started. Initiating the contract, assisted in working out issues between the tow truck company and the insurance company so they could even start work on the truck, to holding my hand through the entire stressful process. She was always very responsive, keeping me informed, answering all questions honestly, without any fluff. Everett, the estimator took over from there. Both the front end and the bed of our pickup truck was badly damaged. A couple replacement parts caused delays but Everett stayed focus until the job was done. The final result, our truck looks brand new. Five stars for the professional and friendly interaction between the customer (me) and the staff (Lisa and Everett). Excellent body work. Beautiful paint job. Highly recommend!

Review: They had my vehicle that was in perfect working condition no dash lights or anything. After having my car for three weeks for a simple bumper repair . The day of pick up I got a call saying all of a sudden my car won’t drive. It was fine when I dropped it off.. I had it towed from there facility turns out my alternator had been tampered with which drained my battery and my radiator was messed with. My mechanic had my car and put a new ac in before I dropped it off to Joe Hudson and could identify everything that’s was different

Review: Absolute excellent customer service. Lisa is an absolute rockstar. I had the misfortune of having cosmetic repairs. But I’d suggest this company to anyone needing body repairs.

Review: I recommend Joe Hudsons Collision Center for your car body repairs. Recently, my 2020 Chevrolet Malibu was rear ended, I though my vehicle was beyond repair and would be sent to be replaced. However, they, repairs was like new . Parts, Sensors, paint and everything was available, making the repair possible and in a timely manner. With a life time warranty to match for any complaint , that might arise. Thanks
