Review: John Hook Automotive did an amazing job and worked with us to get our RAV4 back on the road before the 4th of July holiday. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They don’t try to make you feel bad about not knowing a lot about cars like some of the other shops in the area. Would give 10 stars if I could. HIGHLY recommend.

Review: a bad experience! They told me that they would fix the problem with my van and they would charge me $375 and I would spend between $1200 including the $375 for some solenoids and then they told me that the transmission had to be changed and they were charging me almost 5k dollars for a 2007 GMC. and then when it arrived the price was almost $500 and they didn’t fix anything just for checking a part that I myself had told them what the problem with the solenoids was but I went to the workshop because myneighbor recommended it to me. but they stole almost $500 from me in 2 hours. is incredible. very bad service and they do not have honesty as they say. I would never recommend it to anyone.
