Review: I don’t even know where to begin. My daughter brought our car to this Kia location Because she was having an issue with her car Which was only a little over a year old when she brought it in there the first time. The issue was misdiagnosed and she was charged for a diagnostic fee and the Work that was done. She returned last month because the issue was still happening after not being fixed properly the first time and she was told by a technician that the noise she is hearing in the back is a normal sound coming because you have a dual transmission and it can’t be fixed. She was charged for another diagnostic fee. So she’s been charged twice for the visits and repair once and her car is still not fixed. I called three times, left messages two times for Helena the service manager, she has never returned any of my phone calls. I have been calling Kia corporate Assistance for help since July 31 and have not had any luck. I was told that they reached out to the district manager by email provided him with my Information and he never gave me a call back either. The issue was escalated to a team that was supposed to be able to help resolve the issue and the case manager They assigned me to does not return my calls. The lack of professionalism is unbelievable, I am sorry that we ever bought a Kia. I guess I will have to explore other avenues to get this issue resolved.

Review: The only reason I’m leaving this review is because of Jeremy, I came in he was very busy but that didn’t stop him!I told him my problem he came straight to my car and fixed it and it made my day. I’ve been getting the run around all day and for him to just solve one of my problems in less than 5 minutes I could not be anymore thankful. Because of his quality and service and positive attitude I WILL BE BACK!

Review: Both of my USB charging cables were stolen out of the car at the dealership. Including the one kept inside the console as a backup.Technicians left broken glass inside the door panel. Loose, rattling glass, inside the door. I had to make a request with the service agent to have the technicians remove the broken glass.The car was brought in for service due to an attempted theft that destroyed the ignition and triggered the immobilizer. The ignition was technically left in the on position until it killed the battery. The battery should have been included in the service package and covered under my comprehensive. The car wouldn’t start upon pick-up. I had to wait for them to install a new battery under warranty.Absolute clown show.The service rep was a saint, though. 5/5 for the rep.*Photo included. The white charging cable was still present after the car was vandalized.

Review: Another exemplary service experience at KIA of Bowie today. Since day 1, team impressions have been outstanding. A short notice visit, with no appointment . Issue resolved with my 2024 Telluride Prestige. Thanks to all of the employees at this dealership. Also congratulations Dante with the promotion !!. I will always highly recommend KIA of Bowie.

Review: This is the best Kia Service experience so far in past 4 years of me being a Kia owner. I’ve been coming here for last 3 times to get my car serviced and Jacob is my representative. He is such a professional and actually cares about the guests. Big shout out to Jacob and his work ethic! Thanks!
