Review: I recently had an excellent experience with L&M Body Shop, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. Billy, the shop manager, and his crew demonstrated outstanding professionalism and expertise in resolving a challenging issue with the hood of my Mercedes C350 Sport.During winter, rust had caused the hood to become stuck shut, which became a major inconvenience when I needed to add antifreeze to my car. Despite my attempts to solve the problem on my own, including using a mallet and WD-40, I couldn’t get the hood to budge. My local mechanic was stumped and recommended that I seek help from a body shop.After receiving an astronomical estimate from a dealer, I turned to online search and discovered Billy and his crew at L&M Body Shop. They employed an innovative and non-invasive approach by removing the front bumper and lights to access the multi-hood spring locking mechanisms. This allowed them to remove the locking mechanisms, clean the rust and debris from them, and soak them in lubricant, ensuring smooth functionality. They even took the extra step of filling my car with antifreeze to prevent any potential overheating issues.The result was remarkable! After they put everything back together, the hood springs mechanisms and cable pull cord system now work flawlessly, as if the problem had never occurred. I am truly grateful to Billy and the entire crew at L&M Body Shop for their masterful craftsmanship and their commitment to getting me back on the road safely.I highly recommend L&M Body Shop to anyone in need of professional and reliable auto body services.
