Review: The damage you see in these images is not from an accident my vehicle was in while in my possession. I brought my vehicle to this shop to have the spark plugs changed. Upon completion of the work, I was notified that my vehicle was outside idling and ready to go. When I went outside, my car was facing away from the exit, in a way in which I could not see the front of my vehicle. I noticed the damage after I left the property. When I called the shop after discovering the damage, the owner acted like he didn’t know what happened to my vehicle. When asked if he would do the right thing and repair the damage, I received no response.Up to this point, I had used this mechanic because they take parts that I purchase and install them with little notice and have done decent work at reasonable rates. Unfortunately, I will not be returning as I do not trust that my vehicle will be handled with care.If you decide to use their services, ensure you perform a vehicle check with the mechanic before allowing them to take it into the shop and ensure you perform another vehicle check after services are complete to avoid a similar experience.
