Review: As many of the other reviewers have said, this place went WAY downhill after Joe left. Several years ago, I would have happily given them five stars, but after my last visit, not only am I rating them poorly, I also won’t be back. The new management/business model is terrible, and I have a feeling the staff agree, as most of the employees seemed miserable, whereas in the past, the vibe was much more friendly and welcoming. My main issues with the new changes are extremely long wait times for a simple service when you’re the only customer and prices that have nearly doubled. Shame because this really used to be a great place.

Review: This place has gone downhill. I’ve been coming here since they opened. New management sucks. This was a great place but the new folks have ruined it. Lady at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. I asked for a oil change and tire rotation. They didn’t do the tire rotation because apparently she didn’t hear me ask for it. They had to take the car back in the shop to do the tire rotation after they were ready to check me out. Someone else came in after me for oil change and tire rotation and they were done and out of there before my car was even done with the oil change. Oh, to top it off, they didn’t have the oil filter on tight/properly. My car was leaking oil all over my driveway. So, I had to have someone (not from mobile1) look at that and correct it. I will 100% not be going back there. My daughter will not be bringing her car there anymore either. I’m not taking a chance they screw something up on her. The workers were goofing off rather than working. Front desk lady was goofing off with them. A very unprofessional place now. Shameful.

Review: Had my first service done here today. Got there right when they opened and was in and out in a little over an hour. Comfortable waiting area and the lady at the desk is super nice and made me feel very comfortable. Will definitely be going back.

Review: I called to make an appointment and they said they are “first come first serve, ” and when I showed up at 5:00pm they turned me away and said they were closing early because it’s been a slow day (closing time is 6pm). What a waste of my time 🙁
