Review: Mr. Howard is extremely professional, personable and courteous. He kept me informed every step of the way as my wife’s Mercedes was being serviced. Mr. Kirk who worked on her car is a Mercedes specialist and he paid extra attention to details that required service. I am completely satisfied with their level of service. My wife and I will return to them for additional repairs. They have gained long-time loyal customers with their professionalism, honesty and excellent service… and their rates are competitive.

Review: They charged me $50 to put my license plate on (only the front) and tried to act like they were doing me a favor because the dealer would charge me $200 an hour. I didn’t find out the price until the end. I would’ve drove to the jeep dealership in northern va that I bought it from had I known before! So price check before you go and definitely compare prices ! Jiffy lube would’ve been free if you’re in the area! I was looking for a new auto shop to do repair work on in the future but I won’t be back here simply because of this.

Review: Meineke offered me the best rate to complete everything I needed to get my front and rear brakes and rotors done on my Mercedes. I was impressed with their professionalism, timeliness and availability. They will continue to get my business. They were able to do quality work on a luxury vehicle at a reasonable price with honesty and respect for the customer. I am very pleased with the service. Thank you to the entire team, the mechanics and the gentleman at the front who assisted with getting everything quoted and scheduled.
