Review: When it comes to my car there is only one place I take it to get serviced, Laurel Midas. The service is the best anywhere. The technicians show they care and perform quality work every time. Frank and Jesse keep the shop clean and running smoothly. Always friendly, willing to answer any questions and help however possible. Jesse can handle any problem thrown his way on any car, new to historic. He has a true passion for working on cars and it truly shows in his work. The time and effort made to explain each step is truly exceptional. Prices are fair and they try to keep them as reasonable as possible. They truly are a family and make you feel like you belong. Thank you guys for all your hard work!

Review: Highly recommend – Frank and his team helped us out when we had some car trouble nearby. They got us in quickly, and were furthermore kind, informative, and professional. Additionally, they waived some fees when they had the full right to charge them. Give these guys a try – we certainly appreciated them. Thank you, Frank!

Review: The good news is that they got my car around 12 pm, were calling me with their diagnosis at 2 pm, and done working on it by 4 pm so I didn’t need to rent a car, all service was completed that day. They answered the phone promptly and gave me all the information I needed. Everyone I talked to was polite and kind. But be SERIOUSLY skeptical of the prices. $1500 to change 4 spark plugs and ignition coils, and rethread one of the holes (since the blown plug messed them up). I had them just rethread the hole and change the problem plug and coil, which ended up being $447. So it was going to be another $1053 for the other 3 even though the parts breakdown shows that 3 more plugs and coils would have been $596 (to put in perspective, it was $160 when I bought them to change myself) so the other $457 for… labor? I get they need to upcharge parts and labor in order to make money but… come on.Anyway, prompt service but the quote doesn’t add up and if it weren’t an emergency I wouldn’t have had them work on it at all at these prices. But I needed the plug and coil changed so I could drive it home to change the rest myself.
